Information used by the app
We store your purchase email, payment reference, product reference, payment status and access dates. The app stores the first name and goal you choose to enter, your habit checklists, saved recipes, completed reading items, program activities, weekly reflections, meal plans, shopping checks, journal entries and your chosen weekly habit focus. If you explicitly opt in, it also stores dated weight entries and your preferred unit to display your history across devices. These optional entries can reveal health-related information; they are not required to use the program. You can use the app without adding a name or journal notes. Keep diagnoses, medication details and medical records out of free-text fields.
Why this information is needed
Purchase information is used to grant and manage access, including expiration, refunds and chargebacks. Your saved preferences and journal information are used to show your own activity when you sign in. One-time sign-in codes, short-lived security records and essential session cookies help protect your account.
Service providers
Cloudflare provides hosting, application processing, storage and support-email forwarding. Perfect Pay processes checkout and notifies the app about payment status. An email delivery provider is used to send sign-in codes. Support messages are forwarded to the operator’s Gmail inbox. These providers may process information in countries other than your own.
Payments and tracking
The app does not store full card details. Payment details are handled by Perfect Pay and its payment providers. The app does not send your journal or optional weight entries to advertising platforms or Perfect Pay. This membership app uses an essential session cookie; it does not require advertising cookies to function.
Advertising on public pages
The public sales pages at / and /vsl/ use Meta Pixel to measure page views and advertising performance. Meta may receive the page address, browser and device information, IP address and advertising-cookie identifiers. The Pixel is not loaded in the signed-in membership app. We do not send your journal, weight records, weekly reflections, meal plans or sign-in codes to Meta. Access, copies and deletion
You can download your saved program data, including optional weight records, from My account. You can remove individual weight entries or all weight entries and turn off weight tracking from Weight tools. Removal clears them from your active app record; it does not promise immediate erasure of infrastructure backups. For corrections, deletion requests or questions about retained purchase records, contact support using your purchase email. We may need to verify ownership before acting. Purchase records may need to be retained for transaction, security or legal requirements; they are separate from your optional journal entries.
Security and your choices
Member content requires a valid sign-in session and an active purchase. No system can guarantee absolute security. Do not share sign-in codes and sign out on shared devices. Keep personal medical decisions and records with appropriate professional services.
